About Me My name is Audra Werkheiser, I have lived in the Sierra Vista area since 1978. From a young age I have been fascinated with the body and how it works, in humans and animals. In 1998 I got my certification in equine massage therapy. In 2013 I decided to learn human massage and attended Cortiva Institute of massage therapy in Tucson, AZ. In May of 2014 I graduated as an LMT. While at massage school my father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, he started searching for alternative ways to help with Parkinson's. He found something called Bowen therapy, a type of body work. After watching him receive Bowen treatments and getting a few myself, I loved it and wanted to learn more. I was finding that doing massage was hurting my body, I knew I couldn't make this a life long career. In May of 2015 I took my first Bowen class and got my certification about 1 year later. I love it, the results are amazing! If you give me a chance I know you will fall in love with Bowen therapy too. See you soon.......
